Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or worn hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.
